Operations

For Women

1.1 Vaginoplasty

Vaginoplasty is a procedure that aims to "tighten up" a vagina that's become slack or loose from vaginal childbirth or ageing.

Some surgeons claim it can even improve sensitivity. While it's true that vaginal tissues can stretch, surgically tightening the vaginal tissue in itself cannot guarantee a heightened sexual response, since desire, arousal, and orgasm are complex, highly personal responses, conditioned as much by emotional, spiritual, and interpersonal factors as aesthetic ones. In addition, sexual "sensitivity" doesn't automatically lead to more pleasure - it can actually lead to pain.

1.2 Labiaplasty

Labiaplasty, plastic surgery on the labia (the “lips" surrounding the vagina), can be performed alone or with vaginoplasty. Surgery can be performed on the labia major (the larger, outer vaginal lips), or the labia minor (the smaller, inner vaginal lips). Labiaplasty changes the size or shape of the labia, typically making them smaller or correcting an asymmetry between them.

For Men

2.1 Penis Enlargement & Thickening

Penis enlargement, or phalloplasty, is a surgical procedure that can permanently increase the length of the penis, usually by slightly 3-5 cm. Non-surgical options also exist for penile enhancement, though they may not have permanent results.

You may consider Penis Enlargement Surgery if you feel that your penis is very small in proportion to your body size or want a larger penis or you think you would gain self-confidence or improved sexual function from such a procedure or you have been diagnosed as having a micropenis.

As a result of the surgery, it is expected and considered that the length and width of our penis increase, confidence and self-esteem are regained, the masculinity, potency and sexual function are enhanced.

Process

Approximately a third of the penis lies inside the body, beneath the pubic bone. In the lengthening surgery, called phalloplasty, the suspensory ligament above the penis is released, which causes the penis to extend further outside the body. This surgical treatment increases both the flaccid length and the erect length of the penis. This is done through a small incision in the pubic area which will be covered by pubic hair. Although this procedure will result in erections that point downward, this will not interfere with normal function.

In some individuals the scrotum is attached high up on the penile shaft. Partially disconnecting the scrotum can produce the appearance of a longer phallus. This 20-minute procedure can be done on an outpatient basis.

Increasing penis circumference is most often performed by transferring fat from other areas of the body by liposuction, and placing it through a syringe into the penile shaft. A newer procedure that some surgeons are using is the transfer of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) from your own blood supply. Both of these approaches involve no foreign bodies, and therefore there are no problems of tissue rejection. Another method is to increase the overall width of the penis with a dermal wrap of an allograft material placed under the skin. This is also known as fat grafting to the penis.

2.2 Penile Implants

Penile implant surgery is an operation in which a prosthesis is implanted into the penis for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED) that isn't improving with nonsurgical treatment. This is a major surgical procedure that's done to help regain sexual function. Though there are less-invasive treatments, such as vascular (artery or vein) repair or the use of vacuum erectile dysfunction devices, this surgery is considered the gold standard approach for difficult cases. It will take several weeks to recover after a penile implant, and you will have to learn how to use the implant after you heal from surgery.

Inflatable Implants.

Inflatable penis implants are the most commonly used penile implant in the world. Some inflatable implants are composed of two pieces, while others have three pieces.

In the two-piece model, two cylinders are inserted into the penis and attached to a pump in the scrotum. A small fluid-filled reservoir is part of this system.

Like the two-piece model, the three-piece model also has two cylinders that are inserted into the penis and a larger fluid-filled reservoir. The models differ in that the three-piece model’s reservoir is implanted under the abdominal wall, not in the scrotum.

Both inflatable models work in a similar fashion. Before intercourse, the man squeezes the pump, filling the cylinders with a saline solution from the reservoir; this causes an erection. After intercourse, he deflates the cylinders.

The three-piece penis implant usually produces a better erection than the two-piece system.
